Question

select the correct answer.
jamie is preparing a presentation on his laptop for his colleges annual fundraising event. he inserts audio and video files of past students who benefited from this event into the presentation. however, on the day of the presentation, these files fail to open. what could be a likely reason for the issue?
○ a. poor screen resolution
○ b. incompatibility issues related to file formats
○ c. incompatible versions of the presentation
○ d. a slow laptop processor or battery

Explanation:

Poor screen resolution affects display, not file opening. Incompatible presentation versions affect the presentation as a whole, not just media files. A slow processor or battery affects performance (like lag), not file opening. File format incompatibility directly causes media files not to open.

Answer:

B. incompatibility issues related to file formats
