clear my selection

Explanation:

Question 24

• "you are telling a personal story" is incorrect as personal stories don't require citing sources.
• "you are credible" is correct because citing sources shows you have researched and are reliable.
• "you care that the original author gets credit for their work" is correct as citations give credit to the original creator.
• "you haven’t plagiarized" is correct because citing shows you are using others' work properly and not stealing it.

• A "paragraph" is a general text structure, not related to preserving source info without exact wording.
• A "summary" condenses the main ideas but a "paraphrase" specifically rephrases the source's information in your own words (not preserving exact wording but preserving the information).
• A "quotation" preserves the exact wording. So the correct term is "paraphrase".

Answer:

B. you are credible, C. you care that the original author gets credit for their work, D. you haven’t plagiarized
