Question

sergio knows that to meet the project requirements, it is essential to have
lots of sources.
a research plan.
a topic the teacher likes.
lots of art and graphics.

Explanation:

To meet project requirements, a research plan is essential as it outlines the steps, objectives, and methods for the project. Having lots of sources is helpful but not the most essential foundation. A topic the teacher likes is not a project requirement focus, and lots of art/graphics are not essential for most academic projects.
