Question

what are residents of boyle heights concerned about?
young and lifelong residents are crowding the community public square.
air and noise pollution are causing serious problems for some people.
vendors are selling unhealthy treats instead of fruits and vegetables.
only older people are sharing their worries about the neighborhood.

Explanation:

To determine the residents' concerns, we analyze each option:

• Option 1: Crowding public square is not a typical main concern compared to pollution or health from vendors.
• Option 2: Air and noise pollution causing serious problems is a valid environmental/health concern for residents.
• Option 3: Selling unhealthy treats is a health concern but less likely the primary concern compared to pollution.
• Option 4: Only older people sharing worries is incorrect as concerns are likely from all residents.

So the correct option is about air and noise pollution causing problems.

Answer:

B. Air and noise pollution are causing serious problems for some people.
