Question

tamara liked her weekend art class because ms. melnyk surprised them with new projects every time. one weekend, they worked with oil pastels. another time, they made pottery from clay. they even made sculptures out of recycled materials one weekend. the students never knew what they would be working on ahead of time, but that was part of the fun. humiliating distracting unpredictable unbearable

Explanation:

The passage says the students never knew what project they'd do ahead of time, which means the art class activities were not able to be predicted. "Humiliating" means embarrassing, "distracting" means diverting attention, "unbearable" means too bad to tolerate. Only "unpredictable" matches the description of the art class projects being unknown in advance.

Answer:

unpredictable
