Question

kennys friends dragged him all the way to the park to see this ventriloquist act. they think its hilarious, but kenny doesnt get the joke! is this trait due to nature or to both nature and nurture?
nature
nature and nurture

Explanation:

The ability to understand humor (like getting a ventriloquist's joke) involves both innate cognitive traits (nature, e.g., brain structure for processing humor) and learned experiences/socialization (nurture, e.g., exposure to comedic styles, cultural context of humor). So the trait is due to both.

Answer:

nature AND nurture
