Question

read the excerpt from the odyssey. the servants armed themselves, and all three took their stand beside the master of battle. which theme do these lines support? loyalty and fidelity are honorable traits. too much pride can get one into trouble. good leaders take responsibility for their actions. love and family make a homecoming worthwhile.

Explanation:

The excerpt shows servants arming themselves and standing by their master in battle. This action reflects their loyalty and fidelity to their master. The other options don't align: the excerpt has no pride - related content, no leader taking responsibility, and no love/family/homecoming elements. So the theme supported is about loyalty and fidelity being honorable.

Answer:

A. Loyalty and fidelity are honorable traits.
