Question

objects in a composition occupy _______.
a. negative space c. symbolic form
b. the forefront d. positive space

please select the best answer from the choices provided

a
b
c
d

Explanation:

In art and design, positive space refers to the area occupied by the main objects or subjects in a composition, while negative space is the area around or between them. "The forefront" is too specific and not the standard term, and "symbolic form" is unrelated to the spatial occupation of objects. So objects in a composition occupy positive space.

Answer:

D. positive space
