Question

what does this works cited entry indicate about the cited work?
2015 scholarship handbook. the college board, 2014.
it is an article.
the college board is the publisher.
the college board is the web page title.

Explanation:

In a Works Cited entry, the format typically has the title of the work, then the publisher, and then the publication year. Here, "The College Board" follows the title "2015 Scholarship Handbook" and precedes the year 2014, which fits the role of a publisher. An article would have different formatting (e.g., with a journal name, author of the article), and "The College Board" is an organization, not a web page title (web page titles are usually the name of the page, not an organization).

Answer:

B. The College Board is the publisher.
