Question

1. what kind of information must a theme - based summary include?

a list of the storys characters
a message the story seems to convey
details about the author
dialogue between characters

Explanation:

A theme - based summary focuses on the central message or idea the story conveys. A list of characters (first option) is for character - related info, not theme. Details about the author (second option) are about the author, not the story's theme. Dialogue between characters (fourth option) is part of the story's content, not the theme. So the correct option is the one about the message the story conveys.

Answer:

a message the story seems to convey
