Question

one of musas notable characteristics was that he
spread his immense wealth
to the people he ruled.

expanded the empire of
ghana to its greatest size.

ruled as the first muslim
emperor.

consolidated his empire
from provinces into a
single nation.

Explanation:

Musa (Mansa Musa of Mali) is known for his pilgrimage to Mecca where he spread his immense wealth (giving gold, etc.) to people he encountered, including those he ruled. The other options are incorrect: he ruled Mali (not expanded Ghana), and he wasn't the first Muslim emperor (Islam was already established in Mali before him), and consolidating into a single nation isn't his most notable trait related to wealth distribution.

Answer:

A. spread his immense wealth to the people he ruled.
