Question

how does uncle lou help lina?
he tells lina which story is his favorite.
he explains the writing assignment to lina.
he suggests to lina what she should write about.
he encourages lina to write about dragons or elves.

Explanation:

To solve this, we analyze each option:

• Option 1: Telling a favorite story doesn't directly help with her task.
• Option 2: Explaining the writing assignment would clarify what she needs to do, which is a direct way to help.
• Option 3: Suggesting what to write might be helpful, but explaining the assignment (what's required) is more foundational.
• Option 4: Encouraging specific topics (dragons/elves) is too narrow and not about helping with the assignment's understanding.

So the correct option is the one about explaining the writing assignment.

Answer:

The option "He explains the writing assignment to Lina" (assuming the option structure is like: [Option Identifier]. He explains the writing assignment to Lina)
